Had really nice stay for three nights in 2012 and the weather was lovely. Booked a room with great views across Llandudno bay. We liked very clean beds. It was a perfect and excellent location for us, just next door to the Fairhaven. Llandudno Beach district was worth exploring.

Fairly clean accommodation, fairly friendly staff in a disrespectful manner. Perfectly clean and compact room plus a TV set, a living area, and armchairs. Lovely view overlooking the sea. Good, lovely location in Llandudno, close to areas like north Wales and Llandudno in the summer months.

Sincerely, it was a really nice stay for three nights in 2012. There were reasonably large rooms with a shower, constant hot water, as example. Our hotel was in an exceptionally nice and ideal location to walk to the town centre. They offered us outstanding meals, had lots of options to choose from. Greatly enjoyed our stay here and do recommend.

Liked Llandudno, the hotel was intimate and homey right on the sea front. Our room was compact, provided with shower, soap, comfortable bed.
